Todd Roth, Vice President of Thomson Reuters Core Publishing Solutions. Todd is responsible for leading the Manufacturing and Distribution operations for Thomson Reuters residing in Eagan, Minnesota. Todd has held numerous leadership roles throughout the operation in his 32 years in the Core Publishing Solutions organization. Todd holds an MBA operations degree from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in business from the University of Minnesota.

Tim Hughes, Director of Manufacturing Client Services. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a BS degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Graphic Arts Management. Tim has over 30 years experience in the print industry, holding leadership positions in Prepress, Press and Bindery Operations. His current responsibilities include leading all aspects of production planning, capacity planning, daily scheduling, account management, customer service, and quality control.

Barbara Lindsey, Director of Human Resources. Barbara has a BS in Information Management from St. Catherine University. Through 18 years of experience at Core Publishing Solutions, Barbara has learned what it takes to have a great organization. She understands the complexities of the business and enjoys being a part of the printing industry. Barbara focuses on taking care of the business today, while also preparing for tomorrow. Some of her responsibilities include developing talent, consulting on organizational structure, managing performance, recruiting, and strategic planning.
Steve Zweber, Director, Manufacturing & Fulfillment. Steve has an MBA from Augsburg College and a B.S. in Manufacturing/Operations Management from UW Wisconsin-Stout. Steve has over 20 years of experience with Core Publishing Solutions, starting first in an Operations Management Training program, then moving on to roles of increasing responsibility in production supervision, operations management and senior leadership. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, value creation and waste elimination is a passion that inspires Steve everyday. Steve also serves as Board President for Dakota Woodlands Homeless Shelter, a local non-profit organization that Thomson Reuters has been a long-time supporter of.

Larry Soler, Director of Print and Engineering Operations. Larry graduated from Metro State University with a BA degree in Management, is Certified from University of Wisconsin in their Operations Management program, and also has extensive training in APIC’s and lean leadership. Larry’s 30+ years in print has given him experience in many facets of the Print Industry, holding leadership positions in CPS for over 23-years in Quality, Production Planning, Prepress, Press and Bindery Operations. His current responsibilities include leading all aspects of production for Prepress, Digital (Inkjet/Toner), Offset operations, and Engineering/Maintenance requirements. Larry has participated in multiple panel discussions at variety of print conferences that discuss the impact of Inkjet technology to book production.
Lori Clancy, Manager, Manufacturing Client Services. Lori graduated from Northwestern College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Lori has over 40+ years of book manufacturing experience specializing in Customer Service, Account Management, Production Planning and Scheduling. Lori is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with customers. She manages a team focused on customer service and account management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Mark Pitzele, Business Development Manager, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in History and Political Science. He has worked in publishing for over 9 years, starting with Mill City Press in 2007, where he was introduced to the print production business. He has been Business Development Manager at Thomson Reuters Core Publishing Solutions since the summer of 2012. Mark’s goal is to work with publishers to create print, fulfillment and inventory solutions that will help keep them competitive in the ever changing publishing marketplace.
Vickie Jensen, Print Business Development Manager. Vickie graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. She has over 40 years experience in the Printing, Publishing and Technology industry, ranging from newspaper, commercial print, print vendor to systems integration and “.com” development. Her current responsibilities are to establish strong partnerships with new customers, walking them through the on-boarding of CPS processes and providing production education.
