Core Publishing Solutions’ CI/Lean Education Program

Core Publishing Solutions is excited to announce our new CI/ Lean Education Program. This program is to help our employees gain a greater understanding of Continuous Improvements and Lean Manufacturing and their role in identifying and implementing ways to improve and reduce waste.

Each employee will take 4 courses:

• Intro to Lean

• Quality & Standard Work

• 6S & Safety Observations

• Continuous Improvement

Each course is designed to foster a curiosity and ownership in your work as you learn not just how to identify potential improvements or safety concerns, but also the benefits of standard work, lean manufacturing, and DMAIC, as well as, how to inform and work with the team to implement your ideas. There are activities for practical applications between classes that allow for hands on learning and we are looking to add Spanish resources to make the program even more accessible to our employees.
